Body Talk

Your toe gets all the attention when you’ve stubbed it on the door
You’ll give your back a rest when it creaks and shrieks, “I’m sore”.

Your head will thump and bang so you know it’s feeling off
Your throat demands some care when it hacks and makes you cough.

Your body likes to tell you when it’s feeling on the blink
But often there are poorly parts that are quieter than you think.

Your boobs don’t like to create the fuss that other bits will make
But often it’s the little signs that have everything at stake.

Like a change in size or a change in shape or a rash across your breast
Just nip off to the doctor and put your mind at rest.

Show your breasts some TLC – touch, look for any changes, check anything unusual with your doctor. Find out more about the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
