What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid allows Breakthrough Breast Cancer to claim tax back from the Inland Revenue on all your donations. For every £1 you give, we will receive 25p through Gift Aid, giving us a total amount of £1.25. It doesn't cost you a penny and the additional support will help to fund Breakthrough Breast Cancer's vital work; making a difference to the lives of even more people affected by breast cancer.

To qualify for Gift Aid you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) at least equal to the amount of tax we reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.
