The £1,000 Challenge is where Breakthrough began. Our Challengers are a vital part of a historic effort to ensure a future where breast cancer will no longer be life threatening.

With the £1,000 Challenge you set your own deadline. And you raise the money any way you like – one or two big things, or lots of small things. From car boot sales to cake baking, pool parties to pub quizzes. Something you've always wanted to do. Or something you've done a hundred times.

All the money you raise goes to breast cancer research – to make breast cancer go away and stay away.
