Aberdeen Step Out Walk

Join Breakthrough Breast Cancer fundraisers in Aberdeen to walk roughly 6 miles along Aberdeen's stunning promenade to get fit and raise vital funds!

When?

Trainers

The walk is taking place on Sunday 13 May 2012. Walkers taking part can meet at 10am in the Fittie Bar in Aberdeen for a complimentary breakfast, with the walk beginning at 11am.

How much to join in?

There is no charge to enter the walk, however, all donations to Breakthrough Breast Cancer will be gratefully received. Optional breakfast and lunch is available at the cost of £5 (and is a good chance to gear up/unwind with fellow walkers!)

On the day:

The walk will start from outside the Fittie Bar (18 Wellington Street, Aberdeen). Walkers can meet for breakfast rolls and tea/coffee (to make sure you have a good start to the day!) between 10am and 10.30am, then set off to start walking around 11am.  The 6 mile walk takes you along the beautiful beach front, across the Bridge of Don and then back to the Fittie Bar for an optional lunch.  For more details contact Kate Beaton on c.beaton@talktalk.net or Louise Torrence on louisetorrance@hotmail.com, who'll both be delighted to speak to you.
