Lesley Smith is a scholar, historian, heritage publicist and actress. Lesley has appeared regularly on T.V. and is the curator and lessee of Tutbury Castle. Well- known for her dramatic interpretations of Queen Elizabeth I and Mary, Queen of Scots, when she dons authentic replica costume, Lesley bring history alive in an exciting and highly entertaining way.
Sandon Hall, ancestral home of the Earls of Harrowby, sits astride high ground overlooking the Trent Valley amidst 400 acres of rolling parkland. Completed in 1854, the imposing Hall is not generally open to the public, apart from weddings and corporate events.
A limited number of tickets are available for this event, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that Reception Drinks will be at 7.30 p.m., with dinner served at 8.00 p.m. to avoid keeping her majesty waiting!
