Can I hold fundraising events outside the salon?
To fundraise in the street or any public place, you need permission from your local council. To fundraise on privately-owned property, you need permission from the owner. For more information, call the Breakthrough Breast Cancer hotline.
What do I do with leftover Breakthrough pins?
Please keep the pins out for as long as possible – we would be grateful if they can be sold year round. Otherwise return your unused pins to:

How can I keep the money from Breakthrough pin sales safe?
Your box of pins comes with a security tag to attach it to the cash desk, preventing theft.

When should I start fundraising?
You can start fundraising for Breakthrough at any time. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so this is when most salons will be fundraising. To enter the competition you will need to have collected and returned the money you have raised by the 30th November 2011.
Why have I not received my fundraising pack?
Your pack will usually take 7 days to be delivered, if you have not received your pack within this time please contact the ghd salon Hotline on 020 7025 0083 to understand what has happened to your order.
What do I do if I am not able to hold my event/activity?
Contact us on the hotline to let us know if you are planning to have your party at a later date or if you are not going to hold it at all. We would be grateful if you could return any materials to Breakthrough Breast Cancer, PO BOX 3777, MELKSHAM, SN12 9AT
