Breakthrough Breast Cancer Isle of Man Group were delighted to have been awarded £500 from the Bradford and Bingley 12 Days of Christmas Campaign. These funds will go towards a much needed projector for educating schools and groups about being Breast Aware.
In December 2008 Manx Charity Aid presented Breakthrough Breast Cancer IOM with a magnificent sum of £1,300.00 as one of their 10 recipients of their year long fundraising- we were thrilled with this donation!

Taking the pink message to Douglas Shoppers
A very successful awareness and fundrasing day was held in the centre of Douglas on October 10th- the PInk Candy Floss was a great success.
Susan G Komen and Breakthrough Celebration.
At an event in the IOM on Monday 18th May the first Susan G Komen Scarves in the British Isles were unveiled to the IOM Group. Our generous host for the evening, Beatriz Bolton, the International Regional Manager of the New York fashion house "Carlisle Collection" kindly donated a scarf for one of the group, which was drawn on the night, and it was won by Val Roskams, who is wearing it in the right of the picture.
