At an event in the IOM on Monday 18th May the first Susan G Komen Scarves in the British Isles were unveiled to the IOM Group. Our generous host for the evening, Beatriz Bolton, the International Regional Manager of the New York fashion house "Carlisle Collection" kindly donated a scarf for one of the group, which was drawn on the night, and it was won by Val Roskams, who is wearing it in the right of the picture.

The scarves highlight the newly formed partnership which has just been agreed between Breakthrough in the UK and Susan G Komen  Global Promise Fund in the USA to work together to  increase awareness worldwide. The IOM group were therefore very excited to see the scarves and for one of the group to win one.
