BBQ for Breakthrough

Sausages and burgers raise vital cash for Breakthrough.

Catriona and David Shipp are the latest group members to hold a 'Dine In' event for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.  

The rain held off and it was a great sunny evening for our BBQ. A gazebo in the garden was the perfect setting, everybody who attended made a donation.  They then spent the evening eating and drinking as much as they could manage! There was no disorderly conduct, however, the cherry bakewells did tittify the evening.

An amazing £140 was collected for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

 

'Dine In' for Breakthrough is a simple money raising idea, where you can invite your friends and family around for dinner/afternoon tea/cakes and charge them for the privilege.  For more information on how to organise your own 'Dine In' event, please contact us.
