Professor Göran Landberg, Sweden. An eminent breast pathologist, Professor Landberg specialises in identifying targets for developing treatments and in avoiding resistance to therapies.

Professor Jonas Bergh, Sweden. One of the world’s foremost breast oncologists, Professor Bergh will concentrate on developing new treatments to target interactions between tumour cells and normal cells.

Dr Paul Lu, USA. A talented biologist focusing on the very early stages of breast development and the genes that control this, in order to achieve a better understanding of the abnormalities which lead to tumour growth and spread and facilitate the discovery of novel treatments.

Professor Michael Lisanti, USA. Among the top 20 cancer cell biologists in the world, Professor Lisanti has a special interest in preventing cancer growth by stopping tumour cells from feeding off normal surrounding cells.
