Over 2000 runners took part in the 2009 race which was started by running legend Dr Ron Hill MBE and the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor Alison Firth, and the 2010 event promises to be even bigger...and better!
The race starts and finishes at the legendary City of Manchester stadium and takes place on the 4th of July, American Independence Day. Alongside the main 10k race, there will also be a “Toddler Trot” open to children under 8 to enter (mums and dads can hold the hands of the very youngest!)
