Now in its fifth year, the annual tri for life event is moving to an exciting new venue: Woburn Abbey. It promises to be yet another great day out with different distance events and fun-filled activities for all the family.

• Short distance triathlon
• Medium distance triathlon
• Long distance triathlon
• 10km run
• Scootathlon (kids aged 4 - 8)
• Kids duathlon
• Kids free funfair area

Registation is £70 per person or £200 for a relay team of three. We ask that participants raise a minimum amount of £200.

Money raise will be split between Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Whizz Kids, Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity and Great Ormand Street Hospital.
