1. Employees of Breakthrough Breast Cancer and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter this draw.
2. Every eligible fundraiser who raises over £500 sponsorship for the Virgin London Marathon 2012 or Brighton Marathon 2012 on their Justgiving or Virgin Money Giving online fundraising page by midnight on Tuesday 6 December 2011 will be entered in a draw to win two return economy flights from the UK to America. The prize was kindly donated by American Airlines.
3. One winner will be selected at random and notified by telephone or email by 8 December 2011. If we are not able to contact the prize winner using the contact details provided or the prize winner does not wish to receive the prize another prize winner will be drawn at random.
4. Ticket conditions include: no stopovers/layovers allowed, passengers must travel together, tickets cannot be upgraded and tickets must be booked by 15 December 2011 for travel up to and including 30 April 2012. Other conditions may apply.
5. The prize winner will be responsible for any other costs incurred in association with the prize draw or trip.
6. There is no alternative prize available. The decision of Breakthrough is final and no communication about the draw will be entered into by Breakthrough.
7. Breakthrough also reserves the right to amend the free prize draw rules of entry and term and conditions at any time.
8. Breakthrough reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage without notice if Breakthrough, at its absolute discretion, deems it necessary.
