This draw is open to all UK residents who return a completed Supporter Survey by 25 February 2012, with the exception of employees of Breakthrough Breast Cancer (‘Breakthrough’) or its subsidiary companies, their immediate families, who may directly or indirectly benefit.
Only one entry allowed per person. Ten winners will be picked at random. Ten winners will receive a Samsung USB MP3 Player, donated by Samsung. Any entry which is ineligible will be disqualified and any prize awarded must be returned immediately.
There is no cash or alternative prizes available and prizes are not transferable. The decision of Breakthrough is final and no communication will be entered into by Breakthrough. Breakthrough reserves full discretion to offer an alternative prize instead of that which may have been advertised at any time before or after the draw. Breakthrough and the company donating the prize are not responsible for entries that are damaged, delayed, or lost in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Winners will be notified in writing (including email) within 30 days from the closing date of the draw.
Entry in the draw(s) signifies acceptance of these rules. Breakthrough reserves the right to withhold or cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Breakthrough also reserves the right to amend the draw rules at any time. Breakthrough reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and / or if the circumstances are outside of their control.
