Improving clinical practise
Improving clinical practice
We believe that all women with breast cancer should be treated equally and have access to the best possible treatment for their breast cancer.
Doctors currently follow clinical guidelines to most appropriately treat particular breast cancers. To ensure best clinical practice, these guidelines must frequently be reviewed. By looking at the differences in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment throughout the UK, we can highlight areas where clinical practice could be improved. This will feed in to current clinical guidelines and ultimately help to improve the quality of service provided to patients.
