Breakthrough Breast Cancer recognises the importance of providing all health professionals and research scientists with accurate and up-to-date information on the most appropriate management, new treatments and best clinical practice in breast cancer care, as well as highlighting new research in the field.
Breakthrough supports our research scientists to participate in international conferences to share results, ideas and foster collaborations with research groups around the world.
Since opening in 1999, Breakthrough scientists have attended more than 80 conferences in over 15 countries worldwide, from the United States to Australia. Presenting Breakthrough’s research at these venues demonstrates Breakthrough’s commitment to internationally valued research and the sharing of scientific ideas and data.
