Head of Supporter Fundraising

Leading the Supporter Fundraising team, the successful candidate will develop and deliver a strategy to expand Breakthrough’s fundraising campaigns and events as well as deepen relationships with community organisations and volunteers. The candidate’s responsibilities will be highly strategic, developing integrated fundraising plans with substantial growth targets, and ensuring delivery is effective through the team at all levels.

To achieve this, you should be:
• Experienced in developing multilevel fundraising strategies
• Knowledgeable in marketing and promotion in a fundraising context
• Skilled in managing a dedicated and performance driven team
• Capable of developing integrated supporter services systems
• An astute financial and project manager
