All line managers participate in a structured management development programme.
For managers and senior staff, the facility is available for one-to-one professional coaching.
Breakthrough will pay recognised professional membership fees.
If you undertake any professional studies, Breakthrough will pay one-half of your tuition fees and we will also provide an interest-fee loan to cover the balance of the fees. In addition, you will be given paid time off for study and exams.
