Our working arrangements are flexible around the core hours of 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
We will also consider requests to work from home if the need arises.
In addition to your annual paid leave entitlement - which is 28 days a year plus Bank Holidays - you may take up to 20 days as unpaid leave.
Up to five days paid leave per year can be taken if it is agreed that you have to be away from work for personal reasons.
Once you have worked for Breakthrough for three years, you may apply to take a three months’ unpaid sabbatical.
When you get close to retirement, this can be phased in over an agreed period. In addition we will help you plan for your retirement by providing and paying for a session with an Independent Financial Adviser.
