The Breakthrough £1,000 Challenge is our longest-running fundraising campaign.This year we welcome the 704 new supporters who have taken the Challenge, and wish them the best with reaching their £1,000 target.

Throughout the year our established Challengers have made a massive contribution to funding our work. They have shown real dedication, imagination and flair with their fundraising efforts and have raised almost £600,000. In September, £1,000 Challenger James organised a Ball for Breakthrough in memory of his late wife, and raised over £55,000.
