Typetalk - new service for our supporters

One in seven people in the UK have problems with their hearing and so in order to improve our accessibility to supporters contacting us by phone, we have signed up with a body called RNID Typetalk. This organisation is funded by BT, but can be accessed by all telephone services.

Typetalk provide a free of charge, 24/7, service from two call centres in Merseyside. They have teams of highly-trained operators who understand the special requirements of hearing impaired users.
