Age discrimination & breast cancer – have you been affected?

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is trying to find out more about the impact of age discrimination within the NHS for people affected by breast cancer. We want to hear from anyone who feels that they were treated unfairly on the grounds of their age.

Perhaps you feel you were denied access to a service or treatment, or that you were treated differently because of your age? Whatever your story we would like to hear from you. Please remember to include how old you, or the person affected, were at the time.

To let us know how you or someone you know has been affected please email Georgina Downes, Senior Membership Development Officer, at georginad@breakthrough.org.uk

Some of your comments and stories may be used by Breakthrough in future publications or materials, however all comments will be anonymous. We may ask if we can call you for further details or clarification if necessary, if you are happy to be contacted, please include a daytime contact number in your email.
