adidas Women's 5K Challenge


Breakthrough is delighted to be the preferred charity of the adidas Women’s 5K Challenge, the UK’s biggest and best women-only fun run.

Open to women of all ages, and running abilities, runs take place in London’s Hyde Park, Birmingham City Centre and Liverpool’s Sefton Park on Sunday 7 September 2008. Whether it’s your first or fiftieth 5K run, a warm welcome, carnival atmosphere and family day out await you.
