The Great Ireland Run is a 10km road race for runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities in the beautiful surroundings of the Phoenix Park, Dublin.

Entries for this event are now closed but if you have your own place and would like to run for Breakthrough please contact us either by emailing running@breakthrough.org.uk or calling 020 7025 2422 for your runners pack and free Breakthrough running vest.

Fundraising

Fundraising can be a daunting task but the Breakthrough Breast Cancer team will be on hand to help you all the way. When you receive your runner’s pack this will include plenty of fundraising advice and ideas but if you would like to get started now please take a look at our fundraising tips.

Fundraising Online

Fundraising is now even easier as you can do all your fundraising online at www.bmycharity.com/breakthrough.

It takes 5 minutes to create your online fundraising page which you can then email to all your contacts who can sponsor you online.

To get started, click www.bmycharity.com/breakthrough and choose the Other Running Events option. You will be asked to write a few words about yourself and hey presto, your page will be generated. You will then receive emails instructing you how to send your page to your friends and family.
