The Windy City is mighty pretty and now you can experience it for yourself by taking part in this world famous marathon! the Bank of America Chicago Marathon has been voted the world's number one marathon course. With a perfect gradient, the route winds its way through the city, passing plenty of landmarks and with over 1 million spectators lining the course this is one event not to be missed!
Entry
Entries have now closed but if you have your own place through the online entry system we would be delighted to have you on the Breakthrough team.

Fundraising
Fundraising can be a daunting task but the Breakthrough team will be on hand to help you all the way. When you receive your runner’s pack this will include plenty of fundraising advice and ideas but if you would like to get started now please take a look at our fundraising tips.Fundraising Online
Fundraising is now even easier as you can do all your fundraising online at www.justgiving.com/breakthrough.It takes 5 minutes to create your online fundraising page which you can then email to all your contacts who can sponsor you online.
To get started, click www.justgiving.com/breakthrough and choose the Bank of America Chicago Marathon option. You will be asked to write a few words about yourself and hey presto, your page will be generated. You will then receive emails instructing you how to send your page to your friends and family.
