Become a regional volunteer

You can really help in the fight for a future free from the fear of breast cancer by becoming a regional volunteer or local contact for Breakthrough.

Regional volunteers and local contacts are vital. You will give us a local presence and help spread awareness of Breakthrough's work, as well as raising vital funds.

Being a volunteer can be lots of fun, is a great way to learn new skills, and you'll make new friends along the way.

You can help us by:

  • Putting up posters and distributing leaflets in your area.
  • Organising a fundraising event or collection in your area.
  • Speaking to local clubs and groups about the work of Breakthrough.
  • Representing Breakthrough at local events and cheque collections.
  • Joining or starting a regional Group
  • .
However you decide to help, Breakthrough is on hand to provide you with advice and support. From providing fundraising materials and speech notes to offering advice and discussing your ideas, we really are here to help.
