Jersey Breakthrough Group
The Jersey Breakthrough Group was set up in 2005 by local Solicitor Lindsay Thatcher and since then they have organised a string of successful events raising over £10,000 to fund Breakthrough's pioneering research and education work. Each year the Group organise a fashion show, shopping evening and pink afternoon tea.
The Group is always looking for more support, either on a regular basis or at a 'one off' fundraising event, perhaps you have a special talent or could donate a prize for one of their events?
If you do not feel you are a 'team player' why not organise an event yourself or persuade your employers to fundraise for them. The Group provides materials as well as support to ensure that you succeed and will guarantee that you will have fun on the way!!
