Fundraising ideas

Here are some ideas to help get you started:

B

is for having a BBQ, organising a Bike Ride, or Battle of the Bands, playing Bingo, Babysitting or having a Barn Dance.

R

is for Raffles, Rag Raids,a Ramble through the countryside or compiling a Recipe Book to sell to friends.

E

is for E fundraising and for Entering into Events organised by Breakthrough; from the £1,000 Challenge to Crocus Walks, Bike Rides and Pink Parties.

A

is for holding an Auction, an Aerobathon, or an Art Exhibition, is for performing an Amateur Dramatics production or hosting an Angling Competition.

K

is for Karaoke Evenings, having a Kick about, a Knock-Out Competition, a sponsored Knitathon, or testing your Knowledge with a Quiz.

T

is for Themed Nights or Days, is for Tournaments, running a Tuck Shop, or organising a Treasure Hunt.

H

is for events in your Home - Coffee Mornings, Ladies Lunches and Garden Parties, or even hosting a Halloween Party.

R

is for organising a Race Night, Poetry Readings or selling Refreshments at an event.

O

is for all the other ways to fundraise; sponsored events, dog walking, placing a collection can, wine tasting, car washing or selling Breakthrough pins (link).

U

is for the Ultimate Challenge; how about Bungee Jumping, Sky Diving, or running a Marathon?

G

is for Giving Up - chocolate, smoking, or talking (just for a day!).

H

is for Hat Parties, is for selling Home Made Goods from Jams and Cakes to Cards and Jewellery.
